Bates Serbia was established in 2001. Today we maintain a team of over 30 professionals and more than 50 engineers on the contract basis, most of them working with us from the very beginning. In the course of our activity, we have worked in all major cities of Serbia, such as: Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac and others. We possess a wide network of local associates around the country, mostly on project basis.  The office in Belgrade is capable of handling projects of various sizes, even those of national importance. The highly-qualified staff of engineers and architects have been well trained to deliver the best possible results with internationally-recognized quality. Our activities include development and construction consultancy, budgeting and cost management, conceptual design, basic and detail design, procurement, construction supervision, project management and commissioning. Besides this, Bates office is capable of preparing all documentation necessary for obtaining planning, building and operational permits.
